In August 2021, CLEAN ENERGY FOR AFRICA SARL organized the first edition of its voluntary energy efficiency project at the University of Abomey-Calavi. This initiative was designed to promote awareness of energy efficiency and to strengthen the skills of students in renewable energy and energy systems at the Faculty of Science and Technology (FAST).

The project's objectives

The project aimed to carry out the renovation and maintenance of electrical equipment in several FAST laboratories. In addition to providing technical assistance, the objective was to promote the transfer of skills and encourage students to engage in initiatives promoting sustainable development.

Participants

The event brought together students from the L3 license of the FAST Renewable Energy and Energy Systems training, as well as the technical team from CLEAN ENERGY FOR AFRICA SARL. This interdisciplinary collaboration allowed for the exchange of knowledge and experiences while working together to achieve the project objectives.
