Context
The school, located in an area far from Dassa, faced serious problems with access to drinking water. Students and school staff had to travel long distances to obtain water, leading to disruptions in school activities and posing health risks.
Objective of the project
The main objective of the project was to provide reliable access to drinking water at the school, thereby helping to improve the living and learning conditions of students and staff. We have undertaken the construction of a drilling system to guarantee a sustainable and secure water supply.
Implementation
In collaboration with local authorities and community members, our technical team planned and implemented the construction of the drilling system. Geological studies were carried out to identify the best source of groundwater, and drilling was carried out to reach this source.
Results
Thanks to our efforts, the school now has a reliable and sustainable drinking water system. Students and staff benefit from easy access to water for their daily needs, which helps improve their health, hygiene and general well-being. Additionally, the school is now better equipped to provide an environment conducive to learning and academic success.
Community Impact
Beyond the school itself, this project has a positive impact on the entire surrounding community. By providing access to clean water, we help strengthen the resilience and socio-economic development of the region, while demonstrating the tangible benefits of investing in sustainable and inclusive solutions.
